Let's discuss books and TBR!

Hey everyone,After what feels like forever, I’ve finally picked up Solitaire by Alice Oseman again — I’m now 11 chapters in, which is a decent jump from where I left off about a month and a half ago. My goal is to finish it before the end of July so I can start fresh with a new read in August!Honestly, I’ve been trying to make reading more of a habit again, and having a mini goal like this helps. I try to read at least one book every month, which really does help me get away from the screen and all the distractions in life. It’s like giving myself a break — a small pause to slow down, refocus, and just be present with the story in front of me. I forgot how comforting it is to sit down with a book that doesn’t expect anything from you except to turn the page.On my TBR (To Be Read) list:The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins (mostly to keep up with the Year 8 students at my placement — they’re so into it!)Icebreaker by Hannah GraceTo Kxxl a Mockingbird by Harper LeeNick and Charlie by Alice OsemanThis Winter by Alice OsemanWould love to hear what you’re currently reading or planning to read! Are you working through a TBR list, or are you more of a mood reader? And do you also set little reading goals like “finish this book before the month ends” — or is that just a me thing? 😂Let’s swap titles and motivation. 💬📚Some questions for discussion (feel free to answer any or all!):What is one favourite book you’ve read so far — and why did it leave such a mark?Do you have a favourite genre you always find yourself going back to?What is one book you just couldn’t put down once you picked it up?Is there a book that hooked you with its moral or message? What was it about, and why did it resonate? Is there a character you deeply relate to? How so?
