EOI: Let's create a SANE Forums Newsletter!!!

Hey everyone!!! 👋 We want to develop an online SANE Forums newsletter for the community, created by the community. This is an opportunity for our forums members to get involved and help contribute to a recovery-focused newsletter that explores topics important to and reflective of our wonderful community here 💗 If you were around for the social chat that happened a few months ago, some of the members (they'll be tagged below) came up with a few general topics: Recovery Topics Advocacy  Birthdays Fun get-to-know questions/trivia/puzzles AI generated graphics and stories about forums members  Links to helpful threads Grounding and soothing ideas Recipe/crafts/garden section Culture Pets We're putting out an expressions of interest to get involved - once we've got our working group, we'll contact everyone individually and support you in completing your piece for the newsletter. Once the community has written up their topics, us mods will compile them into an online newsletter format and share it with everyone at SANE! Ideally, our first issue will be published in July (so we’ve got a month to get this running!) If you are keen on joining the newsletter working group, please send us an email (team@saneforums.org) or reply to this thread, letting us know what topic you’d be interested in contributing to. We’ll reach out to you individually to provide you with more details on what to write up.   The expression of interest to join the newsletter working group for the first issue closes on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025.   If you don’t get the chance to contribute to the first edition or you’re just not feeling up to it this time around – don’t stress, we’re looking into making this a regular occurrence (maybe a quarterly newsletter?) so there’ll be more opportunities next time!    We’re super excited to get this started! 😍   Tagging some members who were involved in the social chat brainstorm about this (from April), but everyone is welcome!!! @Shaz51 @Ainjoule @Till23 @Sparky79 @avant-garde
