Re: Carers Hints and tips to Success

Hi @Shaz51 and hi everyone

I heard about a new book the other day. I've got ny learners plates in regards to communication with my partner so I struggle.

Anyeay so I purchased this book in kindle, I read the preface the other day and its really helping me to understand my partners MI l, I think the book will be a good read and am looking forward to getting back to it tonight. Book is vy Claudia Strauss book is called: Talking to Depression.

I recommend it to anyone struggling to understand depression and communication with your partner/ family member.
