That is tough about your husband going off his meds... very difficult trying to balance encouraging him to stick with his treatment plan and letting him work it out himself. Understandable that your mind is going into overdrive! How are you looking after yourself?

I have been relaxing

being on the forum

we went away for the weekend , our daughter gave us as a present a night accomadation at a resort -- that was lovely

I promised @NikNik, I would do a jigsaw puzzles , long way to go yet ==only 5 days left of holidays

I have not done a puzzle in a long time , I used to do them all the time , so my friend brought me one to start again

Haha really @Faith-and-Hope you're doing one too? Clearly they're all the rage at the moment! I saw a gorgeous one of Santorini in the games shop. That's really nice of your friend to buy you one @Shaz51, it's a great hobby to get back into! I find it very mindful. Zebras would be fun to make, matching all the stripes together! Sure, I'll post a photo when mine's done
