HI @Former-Member. and everyone else - I am sure in next couple hours I will need a coffee. An iced one given that it is HOT here in Perth today. The whole after lunch "drain of energy".

Sorry all that I have been a bit MIA on the forums. Busy days, catching up with people plus being back at dance and tennis. I been asked this week to fill in on Tuesday & Saturday for tennis so I had a match Tuesday, one tonight and another Saturday. 

Tomorrow heading to the new Crown Towers for a fancy buffet dinner with the girls. Should be fun and scrumptuous....gluttony here I come! We call it Valentine's dinner but it is really an excuse to go try it out 😃

@Shaz51 - how is your mum going? I found out my youngest aunt in Singapore collapsed last week at a bus stop due to clot/aneurysm in her brain. She been in the hospital in coma and it isn't looking good. Am not close to her anymore but it made me down last week alright. 

@Faith-and-Hope - safe trip back. I have seen all your lovely photos. Oh I wish I was on holiday. Any exciting plans upon your return? Or will it just be rest up and get over the jetlag first?

I am thinking of you my friend xx, my mum is home now recovering from a huge surgery to remove 15 inches of bowel that had died ,

I am caring for her , helping her along with everything else
