Hi @Former-Member - not sure if you mentioned it but are you in the USA for a holiday? 

@Former-Member he had it when we met. Only ever had it shaven for movember and it’s odd. One of his best mates started growing a beard in recent times...supposedly makes them look more mature haha. Definitely lots beard on footy field. Some could be trimmed I say like Kennedy from the eagles haha.

@Former-Member, my Hubby of 26+ years has had a beard for longer than I've known him. 🙂

@Determinedet al... I should be losing weight too. I'm about 10-15 over what I should be, which isn't drastic, but I've noticed my fitness is below what I'd like it to be. I'm not feeling up to a structured program at the moment, but am trying to get out in the garden more. Excercise in a nice relaxing setting...

Don’t know that I would call it a beard per se, but my mr. is sporting about a 5-day shadow .... ?!

@Smc I am aparently  about 25kg over where I need to be.

Was doing ok in getting it down over Christmas break but have put on 10 over the past 3 - 6 minths. Doc has set a goal to loose 10 by Christmas. This is the heaviest I have been in a long time 😕 

@Former-Member I have a short beard. It helps to hide my pale unhealthy appearance. Have to keep it short or my cpap mask leaks.
