Yeah @shaz, I'm 58 😞 Apparently have a genetic chromosome defect that impacts the spine, along dads side, but mother has the scoliosis, I got both. Dad's had two laminectomy, 2brothers also had back surgery. When I could afford it chiropractors were good - the ones who send you home with strengthening exercises.

I was a chilcare provider for 25 years , the kids found a peach face love bird in the sandpit , so we kept her and brought a friend for her , they were lovely

Lovebirds are lovely, haha, bit noisy though. I'd love to get some Burk Birds again, they're so sweet. Like nursing in the 70s, childcare is hard on your back, and knees. Also, keep check of your MH, I have read sciatica is also linked to stress, major insecurity to be precise. Is there something in your lifestyle that needs tending to. Apologies can't remember histories to well. Hope the weather where u are is as glorious as here. Nice talking 🙂
