I struggled (physically) down to the shops 1 &1/2 hours ago - had not been out since yesterday morning.

I was approached, actually followed to my car, as soon as I came out of the supermarket - then he asked me for money.

That's the 2nd time in 3 days, that has happened.

I'm having a bit of a meltdown over it, because it was highly triggering (I did not feel safe).

Evening All. Methinks it's heading to a hot chocolate time of day. Way too late for caffeine... well. cocoa has some caffeine, but nowhere near as much. I got some hazelnut syrup going cheap today, and am looking forward to trying that in a cocoa.
