Hi again @Mazarita  in case you're up again.  The Dr sent me for urgent x-ray to exclude the possibility of bowel obstruction.  It was all clear.  So partly relieved and partly more anxious as the problem hasn't changed at all and there's no diagnosis yet.  Seeing her again 3.30 this afternoon.

I've been working on a collage and an artwork since my last message.

Hi @eth, yikes, I hope it wasn't the horrible kind of xray I've had for the Crohns. Good that it was all clear either way. Relieved to hear you will be seeing her again today too. Great that you have been working on collage and art during this anxious time. I hope at the least the symptoms are staying in abeyance for now.

I didn't sleep that well last night. But, after I didn't get a reply from you for a while, I started uploading a video, which takes up so much bandwidth and time to do its job, it stops me from being able to do anything else on the computer. I wanted to chat but couldn't then, doh!

@Mazarita Morning sunshine 🙂   Finally have an improvement in the symptoms.  Thanks to 5 doses of Psyllium husks!

@eth, good one with the psyllum husks and yay for improvement of symptoms! Anything planned today? I have the painter coming again to repaint a patch of ceiling that is still showing staining through the first layer of paint. May be able to get out on the beach when he's here. That would be a good idea because, as nice as the painter is, it makes me very jittery having him in the flat. I just can't relax and do what I'd normally do with people here for some reason.

Also, I'm having computer problems which means it just switches itself off out of the blue while I'm in the middle of typing. Did it twice in about 15 minutes earlier this morning. I think it's the power supply. We can probably get a new one tomorrow and try it out (hopefully that will fix it). I feel like a fish out of water when my computer is acting up. It's like an extension of my arm!

Wow, I just started writing a little message to you and it's turned into a mini rave.

@Mazarita heading out for a short session with current PHaMs worker to introduce me to a new one at lunch time.  Then GP again at 3.30  Other than that I really want to get 3 stories written before Sunday - have the outlines of 2 of them but want to choose a third and work it up today.  And all that's on just over 3 hours sleep!  Feeling fine, surprisingly.  I think it's that energy boost you get when you've been sick and get better suddenly.

@eth, I really know what you mean by getting a lift when you have been sick and then get better. It seems like there's extra good body chemicals that kick in. I have often felt somewhat elated to be better after bouts of illness. I now have new video projects to get into. Started a new one last night. May get back into that during today (though it's usually something I do better at night). We'll see.
