Am Not Coping

Can you slee in a track suit or something where you can just get up and go when you wake up @oceangirl ?  Pack a snack to take with you and prepare a thermal cup with a teabag or coffee, or whatever you like as a morning drink ?  Minimal prep in the morning ?

I need to look at getting a filter for my laptop. I don't think its the light that actually affects my sleep, but how it keeps my mind active, it does affect me unwinding and being able to sleep. You have a lot of self awareness F&H. 

I am glad the music helps you to unwind, other people have conversed that to me too.

I've had a shower tonight and I have my PJ's on. I have clean clothes set out for tomorrow, so I am already to go. The vertinary hospital is 20mins away, I was planning to leave at 8.30 just in case their is a bit of traffic on the road. 

I did get my hair done today- hair cut & colour. It made me feel better- I am still taking pride in my appearance.... @Faith-and-Hope.......

I just made Kira supper and I had a piece of toast and herbal tea @Faith-and-Hope. I am feeling a bit better after having food. I am not sure how much Milo will cost me tomorrow- I think 1500 dollars....

I've not added the total cost I have spend on him but I do have a ball park figure. He is very special to me and he has costed me a fortune. And the breeder has given me no compensation as yet - it's a congenial condition. Not this admission but all his other treatment has been for this genetic condition. This hospital admission is for a severe gastroenteritis and it has affected his bowel @Faith-and-Hope
