@Appleblossom  I didnt have this yukky blister when I had the cardioversion. Cardioversion is a series of electric shocks to get the heart back into its normal rythm.

Good ole Gabor Mate sums a lot up in a very short vid.

My worst current addiction is nail biting and food.  It drives my son mad, but I have just given in to it, as the self soothing helps and the cost of bad looking nails not such a big deal in the broader scheme of things.
