I'm doing okayish. ups and downs. Had my session with my psychologist today. Nothing resolved. He just tells me that I need to start using my brain, my intelligence. Find something to use it on. Because I'm close to slipping back.

Told the Case Manager that I was furious with her, when I saw her on Tuesday, after a month. I got a call from WorkCover telling me that my request for an extension to this program has been accepted. I didn't apply. The case manager did. I said, I didn't want to see her anymore, because nothing we do, is making a differenc and I can't see the point in her coming. She just stresses me out more. But because she went and applied for an extension, without my permission, because WC have approved it, I have to participate in it, if I'm to keep receiving my WC payments. Not Happy Jan.

@Faith-and-Hope@Zoe7. I know why she did it - extended the program - because I haven't really made any progress. But to do it without asking me - Not On.

But I doubt it will change anything.

And at the moment i could probably whinge about a hundred things wrong with our country and the world at the moment, that I am taking to heart, and being hurt by. But I can't see how I couldn't be outraged, unless I really had no empathy or compassion. My psychologist said I need to find the positives in these stories. Ha! I can't see them.
