Well after all that and everything else, I am pretty quick now with not allowing myself to be manipulated with the s**t others do and done to me @Zoe7 

No I don’t want a forum party lol it just is another reminder I am getting on with my life and how not so naive I am

Ok no forum party but I will be wishing you a happy birthday with lots of balloons and flowers lol 

@Former-Member I think I'll have potatoes, beans, pumkin. zucchini and of course carrots. I might mix in some tomatoes also when they are cooked - love carrots and tomatoes - each them as snacks lol

Lol @Zoe7 thanks. Yum, have you tried green tomatoes? Not sure if they are italian but they are really nice. Are you having gravy on some of the veg?

No I haven't tried green tomatoes @Former-Member 

I usually stir in ginger and lemon juice and have my veggies like that - sometimes with basil and/or coriander but I do not have any of those atm.

Happy belated birthday @Former-Member I am so sorry I did not post on your actual day a couple of days ago - I have been very much side tracked by being unwell and trying to get things organised to go in to work today.
