Aww @Shaz51 hopefully it's just a rough day and things will settle for him by tomorrow. Has Mr Shaz been getting enough sleep? Lack of sleep makes my irritibility trigger very sensitive and I end up way more likely to snap at people!!
Hiya @Oaktree @Sunnyside226 how are you both going this evening?

@Shaz51 I am so sorry to hear Mr Shaz is stuck in his prespective and not seeing yours.
I can relate with my husband being very stubborn at times and taking a lit of patience on my end to make him see my point of view. It doesn't always work but it is exhausting either way.
Is it that you don't want to travel away for extended periods of time?
I hope you can put your feet up now and have a lovely cup of tea. I'm sending you hugs my sister 🫂🫂🫂

The one my husband takes is by the vitamin makers Swisse. I heard melatonin can have long term side effects but never tried it.
My husband had nightmares too last night and was tossing and turning. I feel very tired today 😴. Ahhh I hear you.
Please try to go to bed early today if you can. I'm planning on that!
Hugs my sis 🤗 ❤️

Aww poor Mr Shaz @Shaz51 I can imagine myself being very irritable after a nightmare too! Still doesn't mean you deserve to have it taken out on ya!! Especially if you're also sleep deprived 😵 Hope things have settled for him a bit this evening?
Hiya @Sunnyside226 long time no see! How are you this evening?
