Hi, Darcy!
I fell asleep at my LT last nite while at Friday Feast, too much MARS BAR desserts, I think!
I am still recovering from all the Fire Fumes (Smoke & Ash) in the air. I am living very close to the Burnt area here. I was so upset from it all, the air was so full of smoke & ash that I nearly could not breathe properly, no exaggerating at all!!
I was not leaving these amazing Fur Babies to struggle on there own. My oldest rescue cat Hanna is 23 yrs old, would you believe that. This has definitely tested my Faith in ABBA Father, & HIS Word. I though my Major Surgery, & he BIG risk of being paralysed from the neck down or not surviving the surgery, was the pits, this bush Fire so close to my home, plus no one at all here to help me, has definitely opened my eyes to my vulnerability, plus Whom GOD is to me, & also whom I am, in The LORD! Amen!
My eyes have been very irritated since, the Fires, & are very puffy, & watery. I am more appreciative of my home now than ever before. I have inside, of me a new awareness,of how much my life, & my Fur Babies lives can be cut short, or damaged so easily.
I am so greatful to SF, & all who run it the way that they do. I needed all of you so very much, & I still do! Ok, I most probably wrote much more than you asked, but after all I have & am going through, we all need care, & sincere friendship. I believe that is why ABBA Father had me to stay in SF, when I was going to go. I have stayed, even when I just wanted go, sleep & cover my head with the Doona, & try hide from my pain. How do we grow, & become strong from that, it works for a while, but not forever! Amen!
