Hi @Shaz51 🙂

Hmmmm. Well, not sure what to think. My counsellor seems to think I am making steady progress, and that I am basically dealing with mild depression / anxiety.

On the other hand, my new doc seems to think I am so deeply depressed I really should be medicated, that is, that it is dangerous for me to me non-medicated.

I have another guy to see on Friday, sort of a counsellor that isn't quite psychologist.....not sure how else to explain the qualifications. The doc would have preferred psychiatric evaluation.

Well. Who knows? I will let you know what the outcome is Friday 🙂

Thanks for the contact 🙂 The doc calls it "double depression". I have never heard of that expression. Have you?

Some time back, my counsellor gave me info on some symptoms of stress. I certainly seem t have a few of them, like difficulty concentrating, difficulty staying on task and getting things done, and several others.

I know I stress out at times, but I am an "imploder" not "exploder". I mean, I just crumble into a weepy mess, I don't throw and break and fight.

I'll let you know what Friday comes up with 😉
