Hi @Faith-and-Hope and @plasmo and anyone else on here at the moment. Had a good snooze already and now wide awake again.

@plasmo you could see a therapist and discuss your diagnosis again if you wanted to. Personally I wouldn't give up my dsp all at once. We are allowed to work up to 30 hours a week if we feel able to without losing it completely and that gives us a safety net during the transition time just in case it proves too challenging or we need to try different things to find our niche.

yeah not sure if i want to go through it all again, i probably have enough to qualify me for it, just it seems i'm not really a classic aspie case. i was talking ti my support worker probably last year saying how i was bored of it all and wanted to work, he convinced me i wasnt ready and to just take time working on my health

Sounds like you know what you want @plasmo. I still feel like that too. I wouldn't deal with going through it all again and have tried to work and had it blow up in my face already. Makes me very reluctant until I'm sure I'm ready.

If you were up to it, what sort of thing would you like to do @plasmo?
