somehow its 0644am was 0430 a minute ago. nothing on today. all dark.coffee and meds. and .Back to ..bed .. @plasmo

couldn't wake up at 9, forced myself to look later and my net was off again.. couldn[t be arsed getting up so used fone... rebooted modem, all good.. for 20mins.. later reboot worked... went for a walk, zonked now
