Hello Friday Feasters

I had spelt with kidney beans tomato olives peas and fresh herbs.

But the best bit ...... da da da daaaaaa ... I had a nap and was called to dinner and sat at a set table and my bowl was served up for me ...... Wonders ... it was yum and light on the tum.

Its a type of grain that is made into pasta, tastes a little more nutty.  My son had girfriend over and she generated most of it, then he volunteered me for dishes with him  .. tomorrow.  I just go with the flow.  Yes it was really nice.
