I would rebegin with my first point of call and go bulk biller Gp. 

Sorry but ide start from the beginning. It's just that if the GPS know your a bulk biller. They often forward that with your referrals ....

I turned up at an urgent care clinic today for a rash that started underneath my stomach and spread.

5 scripts, 3 creams, 2 antibiotic tablets for both a bacterial and fungal infection to try and get it under control. 

Told that if the rash keeps spreading to go to emergency.
