Awww, @outlander . I'm so sorry, I missed your post above and didn't get to see it. Sorry about that.

I can see you have removed it. Hope you will be okay.

Thinking of you.

Re: Anyone want to chat

ive come to realise i dont think im overly good at my job @tyme and most just put up with me

Re: Anyone want to chat

Awww hun @outlander

What makes you say that?

Re: Anyone want to chat

i started off with a few clients with the new company and now that ive trained new staff that come on board i hardly have any and they dont want me with those clients anymore. all the new people are phasing me out of both new and old clients @tyme even today someone has only been there for a week and she has my 3 previous clients that thy took me off plus 2 others and im struggling to keep just one. sometimes they only give me one or 2 shifts with the same person now because ive been replaced everywhere else.

Re: Anyone want to chat

Hey @outlander ,

Do you think that is the nature of support work? When you were away, I wonder if that's when they trained up new people and they can't really take them back?

Aren't there other organisations you can work with?

I hear how hard that is though. As though you feel 'not wanted'?
