@Pepsimax Getting an early night is probably a good idea.
Have you eaten or are you thirsty - maybe have a warm milk first! Remeber to take slow deep breathes in between sips to relax your body and regulate your breathing!
Then follow your plan - can you colour in or watch some tv to help you relax into sleep?
I will be here for a little while if needed - but I hope you can follow your plan, relax a little and get sime sleep
