wow home on Tuesday - I can understand why you are feeling both happy and anxious though - that is soon. I bet you will be happy to cuddle Izzy though Nice that family visit was good getting to see the kids especially - they must miss you!
I am ok tonight - been resting all day with back pain but have had pain meds now so a bit of relief for tonight. Spent most of the day watching home renovation shows and laying down to relieve some of the pain - a pretty quiet, non-eventful day - which is just what I needed. I only woke up once during the night but was up early so am expecting I won't have a really late night tonight.

An early night is on the cards for me too @Zoe7. Am tired now but if I go to sleep now I'll be awake too early. A resting day does sound good 💚💙

Same for me @Snowie I was asleep relatively early last night but that meant I was up really early as well - was still dark out lol I have my gp appointment tomorrow and have to go to the chemist. Petbarn and the supermarket so if I do that all before my GP app. then I can chill out for the remainder of the day. I was going to go to Petbarn today but it was so wet and cold and my back was too sore - but I need to go tomorrow otherwise poor littl Toby will not have food tomorrow night

@Zoe7 poor Toby. A trip to get dog food does sound needed. Doing everything before gp does sound like a good idea. You can come home and rest afterwards

It is going to be warmer tomorrow @Snowie - a whole 12 degress lol (it was only 8 today - brrr) so being able to do everything before the gp will mean even if I have to wait for my appointment I will not have to contend with too much traffic. It is school holidays now so there shouldn't be too much on the road in the afternoon. If I can get through tomorrow ok then I will consider going to the pool on Tuesday - might need some more meds off my gp first to get me through that though - this back pain is definitely sticking around

@Zoe7 that sounds like a good idea tomorrow. How do you find the physiotherapy going in the pool?

I have had 2 sessions @Snowie and it has been ok while I am in the pool - some pain but I do feel it when I get home - both pain and very tired. The pool is heated to 33 degrees so it is nice and warm but that kind of heat can be draining too. It is certainly easier to do the exercises with tha added buoncy of the water - takes more pressure off my back as I am doing them also. I didn't have a session last week as my physio was a way but I wasn't feeling ok either so I probably would have cancelled it. She is away this week also but if I can get myself organised to go on my own then I can do some of the exercises and just some walking in the water. I will see how I pull up after tomorrow... lacking a bit of motivation to do it on my own though!
