Still feeling yuk at the moment @Anastasia, but the after effects generally pass within a day or two. Should be back to myself sometime Saturday/Sunday-ish.

In the meantime, I'll make sure I treat myself nice and gentle. 🙂

Yes gently over the weekend. 

My bf is suffering today after having his yesterday. Mine is next week. I'll be honest I am frightened. But I think it's just my anxiety talking to me with the whole situation. Where are you? I'm in NSW in one of the more restricted areas 😞

We're in country Vic, so at the moment we've got relative freedom of movement.

I'd say you're right about it being anxiety making it all seem worse than it actually is. The "common" side effects, like what I'm getting at the moment, really just mean your immune system is doing what it's meant to. The dangerous reactions are very rare. I'm sure you'll be fine, but I get it that the anxious brain doesn't want to listen to reason. xx

Make sure you plan in a couple of self care days after the shot. I've got ready to heat up meals here so I don't have to cook, and we made sure nothing was scheduled for a couple of days after the shot. Not that that's an issue during lockdown....

@Faith-and-Hope ....Same it's freezing cold here in Country Victoria......I think I need 2 hot chocolates...today. One for each hand. 
So tired of the cold wet winter it has been dreadful. We were caught in a massive storm and had no power in the height of winter for 5 days. Be glad to turn the corner into beautiful spring. I love spring and Autumn.
