Going okay here at the moment ....

Waiting to hear from the school about D3's re-sit ..... she collapsed into inertia with the panic she's feeling so I'm trying to keep booting her in the butt as well ....

She's a bridesmaid in the wedding .... and if we don't get over this hurdle it might take down other things with it .... trying not to even think in that direction and just trust in this moment.

Loving hearing about your adventures on the note thread @Former-Member ..... trip to Brissie .... Lotto-ticket God-send ..... etc ....

Quite stunned you weren't offered petrol money - especially if they are aware if a financial difference - and maybe buying you lunch ! Gob-smacked really .....

Gotta pray you in some better friendships .... just wow .... !!

Yes @Faith-and-Hope, i was taken back that petrol costs weren't addressed, and didn't know quite how to bring it up, and she's so unwell... My little chat with the Holy Spirit had me leaving this one with God but I decided I would have to make it clear next time as i really can't afford it (my car $60+). And I did get to see my S1.

BUT! we judge too soon, I just got a tx from her saying: "Hi, how are you today? I hope you are not too exhausted! Thank you very much for taking me yesterday. I had a great time with you. I meant to give you some money to cover the fuel and tolls. I will bring it Sunday to church" But my tx answer was "No worries, i liked your company too, glad to lighten your load just a little for one day at least. I'm ok thanks, had an early night and slept in, lucky I have time to rest up. Don't like exchanging money at church so maybe just fill the tank for me next time - then i can do it more often too. Are you tired yourself, from the chemo, or energised by the 2 blood transfusions? Admire your resolve to fight this as long as you can, we love having you round 💞  Ps145 "The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love"

Glad you don't mind my adventure detail, was worried it might bore some. Missed you over there today. When's WH expected back? Faith&hoping with you D3 gets that second chance. Be good to have it done & dusted.

WH came home last night .... okay so far .... another busy weekend of BFGW stuff ..... and yes, really want to get off the D3 merry-go-round if we can ..... Gaargh ,... so out of steam with that but still trying to keep some joy in it somewhere .... sometimes y'gotta make your own .... which is what you've been learning and doing so well with .... keep going @Former-Member ..... you encourage me with your efforts .....

@Anony18, sorry for misspelling your name before, you really don't annoy me lol. As for the cold, you'll get a lot ofct6ips here. I like the vicks, irish moss, lots and lots of continuous green tea (hot or cold) and a splash of turmeric powder on a tspn of honey - eases coughs and throat bacteria. Get well soon.
