@Former-Member I was on the Darling Downs for the last few weeks. We did a housesit at Warwick and escaped the last weather that went through! And yes, we're on the coast. We're in Hervey Bay this week. We don't stay anywhere more than a couple of weeks usually.

I like visiting Warwick, I'd love to do what your doing, seeing everything, until i get sick of it i guess. Thinking of replacing my very old broken down camphor cottage with a home on wheels so i can be 'free' Sounds like you have company though which would be better. Would love to hear more about your travels, follow how its done. 💜☕

Just talking about this in the Night Shift thread, so doing a re-post of this answer here:

Submitting tomorrow, then I have to wait a week to see if my work has been accepted .....

I'm trying not to think about it too much, and just go with the fact that I am giving it a go. I have the artistic ability ..... it just comes down to whether it has the "it" factor they are looking for.

It's worth it for the experience, and if the piece is accepted it will be on display in their gallery for a while.

If not, it will be shipped back to the west in a fortnight's time.
