@Appleblossom Thanks for asking.
I was not ever wanting to live in a caravan. While it seems to now be the Aussie dream, mine is a nice house, near a beach. It could be much more fun I guess, if the company wasn't so demanding. And unbelievably insecure. He will not speak to anyone unless I'm by his side. He won't let me talk to anyone unless he's there. I don't get to go anywhere alone. He even follows me and stands outside toilets 'in case some weirdo gets me'. I've told him several times, too late, he already has. Today he's whispering answers and getting angry because I ask for the answer again. That's the newest behaviour, started a month or so ago. Yesterday, he was very beliigerent and we had a record day for angry outbursts. That's left me feeling very fragile. Plus I'm still in chronic pain after all that rain went through. I knew it was coming for days! And of course, it's irrelevant to hubby's 'must do this instantly he thinks of it' plans. It's as if he must come up with a certain number of bad behaviours, so when I call one out as unacceptable, he finds another. Enough whining, it is what it is. The sun is shining brightly today and it will be mid 20's later, after yesterday's monster storm and if I can manage to walk, I want to go down to the beach. That is very grounding and helps.

Yes @artee Beaches are wonderful and grounding .. did it for me.
You actually made me laugh with your humour about being caught by a weirdo ... it is with balck humour that a lot of grown ups manage to get through tough times. It does have a place.
Hi @Shaz51 Sorry you got the flu .. hope you can still do the booogie.

@Shaz51 hope you feel better soon. Hot chicken soup (made with real chicken) and as much chilli as you can stand will reduce symptoms and severity. Fresh lemon juice, raw honey and echinacea will also help.
