Some of the posts on LE forum are a bit raw, but they're actually talking things out and finding a lot of common experience ... a big value of the forums ... and you can feel the care and camaraderie happening. Helps us all through.

I saw you over on the LE forum just now ....
As you can see above, there are some carers who are up through the night, so we created this virtual coffee-shop as a virtual all-night drop in for anyone who is awake .... that's not to say that we don't have drop-ins during the day as well.
There is a thread on LE called Night Shift that works the same way, but many of the mi sufferers have sleep issues, so that's a more well-worn track ..... some carers also battle mi, and there is much sharing of advice and support both ways for those who are up to it, bearing in mind that mi sufferers can have triggers for mood change or flashbacks, so we have to remain mindful, more so on the LE side ....
On this side of the forum the focus is essentially two-fold I think .... looking for some kind of common experience so you know you are not alone ..... and the critical need to develop self-care skills and time-outs to recharge your own batteries. You are obviously very awake to both ...... no pun intended there ...
