I'm really tired @BlueBay My chest is a bit better - still feeling heavy and my breathing is not great but my throat and sinuses are clearing. Still achy but have been laying down/sleeping since I got home today. I am hoping for an early night and to try to get to school tomorrow before I go to the pool. It is important I get to the pool to get in some exercise for my back and to stay in that routine.

I had lunch late as I wasn't home from me pdoc until late so I will probably have fruit a little later - definitely not hungry as yet.

that means I can have a shower and fix up the spare bed @Zoe7, I washed all the doona cover and pillow slips in the spare bedroom

but I have brought a magazine to read . so might do that tonight too @Faith-and-Hope xx

Sounds like you have a great plan there @Shaz51 I have my little hot water bottle already snuggled next to me lol - they definitely know when we aren't well.

Are you working tomorrow? It is supposed to be a nice day here tomorrow (and for the next few days) so hoping I am well enough Friday or Saturday to get out in the garden - even if it is for a little hile to do a small patch of weeding - it all helps!

yes 2 x2 hours house cleaning jobs @Zoe7

no work today so we did my mum`s gardening and went to the dump and had the afternoon offf xoxo
