Yes, it is good be motivate and be motivated but you need be careful right now too 💜. It is hard having to navigate external care and self care.

We have the aircon on with the fans on  makes it nice

@tyme mum is deteriorating slowly which is sad to see , with dementia and a few other problems but otherwise she is doing OK

For Mr shaz , not good , the first appointment he got very disheartened 

Today's appointment we cancelled due to it would cost $$$ and it was to talk to someone in NSW 

Then he was in hospital with kidney stones and today is in bed
