CONTENTMENT

contentment, hmm, a tough one, contentment for me is knowing, i was abused and that time should not define who i am and trying to find peace in the small things since i can't work. the flowers in the spring, a light breeze blowing, rain on my face. sunshine on my skin. knowing i am damaged but i can still be loved, knowing im not perfect but to have friends who don't judge me. to know i am hurting but have some wonderful support when i need it most. 

contentment for me is not wholistic, but small reminders i am still human and still feel.

Perfect timing for a Good Ending & Contentment.

After upsetting Nuisance/ Spam phone calls, & too many triggers in a row (including further Surgery Wound problems).
