I knew I would be okay once I got to the beach, it was just getting there. But I did it!!! 🙂
Once hubby gets home from work at 3pm I think we'll go down the beach again, maybe we'll have a coffee too

I think getting back to nature is a great way to keep anxiety down. I love the garden and watching the native birds (we have lots of natives to encourage them in). On the weekend when I was at my worst I made myself go out and do some work in the garden on Saturday and got myself very tired and worked off most of the anxiety.
For me sitting back in my back yard having a BBQ with my partner and dog is the best medicine! I think nature grounds you and makes you realise what actually is important at the time.

I had to get my head around that we were not getting any jobs done today
once I got the idea that we were having a unexpected day off and rearranging our jobs for another day and ringing up our customers which were very understanding
Then I ended up getting some jobs done at home which needed to get done
