I definitely talk to our dogs like I do the children @Former-Member

(And that says good things about how I talk to the dogs rather than a reflection of how I talk to the children lol)

Some time last year when I was a the beach by myself having a sulk about life my day was lightened by a lady training an assistance dog and when I heard her come up behind me I thought she was talking to a child, when I turned around she was talking to the dog, the way the dog was looking back at her and responding was priceless.

I took our dogs back to mums this afternoon,
Despite the fact that they are indoor dogs at my mums (the live outside when at home because my darling is anxious about dog hair) they were not pleased to be going. 

there was no problems getting them in the car to come home but required a bit of coaxing to get them in the car to go back to mums.

Georgia doesn't like the pet carer, wouldn't eat or go near her yesterday, kept hiding behind me. Not sure what to do. Never had an animal love me this much. Should I take her with me?

It might just be nerves @silhouette .... but keep an eye on it and seek medical advice if it worsens or you feel panicked about it .....

Breathing deeply and slowly can help to calm those that tingles.  I have had them before.

My Dogs are my Babies, so I definately talk to them like a child because they are!
