love cornwall , our family tree goes back too 1500 in essex, cornwall and london

before 1500 the were in Scotland

Would like to trace my family tree but haven't got that far yet.  Probably need parish records to find out how long this branch of the family has been in this area ... WH and MIL haven't got the patience for doing much of the family stuff, but I got a day in, and that's somethin' ....

Not Essex or Cornwall this trip .... hope there will be another one sometime .... hafta see what happens.

Have got Scots ancestry too, but don't know where from yet ....

@Faith-and-Hope - that is in bath spa right? I been there. Did you go for a spa day? Laze in the hot pool at the top. I lived in Reading when I was there for 18 months a few years back. Was relatively enjoyable. Liked that I was close to London but away from the hectic and crowd of London 😃
