@Shaz51 . Made a Cottage Pie for dinner. Yum yum.

My son and his girlfriend are coming home tomorrow. Just for the night. Going out for lunch. Then he's going to dinner with a mate. Will be great to see him. Haven't seen him since our 15 minute flying visit on Christmas Day.

Hi @tyme , I didn't get to church, but I had coffee with one of my carer's, then I practised my euphonium for nearly an hour and a half, then some trumpet, then after lunch I had a knap.  Then I gave a couple of lessons.  Today was a day off from physical exercise, so I had time before the lessons, 

I was very grateful for the rest as I injured my knee while jogging recently, and it's only really recovered in the last few days and for a month or so I wasn't getting good sleep.  I'm now back to exercising, and doing my beloved strength training, as well as an hour of walking, but was out of commission for a month.

So that's all I did today

I look after my niece a couple of afternoons/evenings a week.

I'm starting to question whether I manage it at all, to be honest. It feels a little like I've taken on too much, with Uni on top of teaching and the generaly busy of life.

@Abner what size recorder? I met a gorgeous young recorder player, proud of her alto and learning about the range and consort. It was at a piano recital in a gorgeous old church. 

I know some get triggered by aspects of religion, metoo. I have protested outside a cathedral about some of the problems. I really like the nuanced inclusive discussion we have had on this thread. Kudos to all...

@Appleblossom thankfully I do a team sport otherwise I wouldn’t be going to these competitions!

 I have failed to rectify my lack of chocolate situation, deciding to try and be “good” and see if anything is on sale on Monday when I go shopping after last training before nationals.
