The Kite festival sounds amazing. I've never been to one, but my question is, what happens if the allocated day is not windy? What happens then?

Mr shaz love to rip all the gardens out,  well he has ripped out 2 garden beds out soo far 

But then he has been buying ferns in pots which he likes , we have them on the patio
