Night Shift

Re: Night Shift

@Former-Member one step at a time, one hour at a time.  Just what's essential in any given moment.  Hoping your son is better today.  Sending you strength.

Re: Night Shift

@Former-Member can you make an arrangement to pay your court costs in manageable instalments?  Or even appeal against having to pay them?  Also you can get an interest free advance payment from centrelink if you still get any benefits from them.  There are also various charities as @Jacques suggested that will do an interest free loan.

Re: Night Shift

Can you rest for a while lisajane ?  Just put your feet up somewhere and rest ?

Re: Night Shift

Slow, deep breathing @Former-Member.  Can you do just the basics the kids need this evening, put a movie on for them and just take time out?  It sounds like you could do with a chat with your GP or even LifeLine later after the kids are asleep.

Re: Night Shift

Sending hugs to those who are struggling and those who are having a calmer night. You're all wonderful for being here supporting each other.

Lots I haven't met yet... sorry I tend to hide out a bit in a few threads... trying to expand my horizons...

Hugs @Former-Member @eth @BlueBay @PeppiPatty @Mazarita @... darn it - I don't get the drop down for the @ tags on the phone...

So, sending hugs to you all... sorry I didn't tag individually... 🙂

Re: Night Shift

Cheers to you to @Silenus.  Support is what we're here for, but it's received as much as given.  I'm finding that even tho' I'm doing ok at the moment the communication here is really rewarding for me.  I live alone and don't work so lately I have plenty of time on my hands.  And I'm much better at making friends here than IRL at this stage but feel it is a step in the right direction.  There are no support groups for bipolar or PTSD here in Darwin so these forums fill the gap for me.

Re: Night Shift

thanks @Former-Member, @eth HeartHeart

sending you hugs , take care and keep in touch my friends xx

Re: Night Shift

Hugs to you @Shaz51 🙂

Re: Night Shift

Hugs and well wishes to you all @Former-Member, @Mazarita@Shaz51@eth, @Former-Member, @PeppiPatty@Faith-and-Hope and @Appleblossom

I know how difficult things can get, life is full of ups and downs, when we are down it seems like we will never have ups again, when we are up they never last long enough, i hope you all soon have more ups than downs.

@Former-Member, Please try to reach out for help, i am really worried about you.
