Oh that's no good @Bimby2. I hope they heal quickly. Good luck with the results as well. I'm glad you've addressed it early. I'm yet to go through that although I know my day will come. I'm afraid I spent too much time in the sun without protection when I was younger. I hope you have a bit of sunshine where you are to help you heal now. Unfortunately it's a bit horrid here today with wind and rain.

@Former-Member, nope it's afternoon now, although I wish it was still morning - sooo much work to do!
Glad to hear you had a good sleep. I did too - went to bed at 8 and got up at 9, a solid 13 hours sleep which is nice.
I did get some time with my kitten in the sun, which was nice and good for kitten to have some love and attention
When I talked to my therapist about the dissociation, he said I was in the right place - so that's reassuring. And you're right, I've not had anyone tell me that I've done anything out of character, so that's also reassuring.

Not today @Former-Member .... but I have decided to go for a drive to the beach and walk down there by the waves for a while. Will drop D2 home and head off on my own. I need to try to keep a family life happening around the kids, but not today. Today I'm taking a big fat time-out.

Living near the seaside can be great as there is usually people enjoying a walk there. I'm more a rain- forest person and like the countryside. Hope you enjoyed your beach walk @Faith-and-Hope, it's certainly the weather for it. Best wishes and cheers from Bimby2
