how is everyone today Sunday 

thank you, to all my awesome friends who have supported me here on this thread 

there is so much going on here that sometimes I feel very overwhelmed with it all but one step at a time here 

having checkups starting again, with blood tests 

specialists' appointments 

because of my kidney disease my diabetes has gone crazy 

heart echocardiogram 

two more new specialists added to my list 

lots of aches and pain every day, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis 

Expectations are high from family that sometimes and somedays I cannot do a thing 

it has been 10 months now that my mum has passed away 

we have a low that could change into a cyclone today 

I miss chatting to you too my sister @Healandlove , and we are here for each other always

then Mr. Shaz is not sleeping well again which is not good for me or him
