You mentioned you felt sore @Shaz51 is that from arthritis? Do you have a neuropathy from your diabetes? Obviously don't answer these questions if you don't wish to

@Till23 yes it is the Osteoporosis pain, no treatment for it yet 

Doctor says no 

But the specialist says yes to treatment 

And I think I may of overdone the gardening , it is free green waste at the dump this week 

And hubby wants to use it to downsize the gardens before I go on dialysis 

In my family we have iron overload which I am only a carrier but they believe I have it as my ferritine is very high and I should give blood and I will feel better but the doctor is saying no

Well, we took another load of green waste to the dump this morning 

these are all my mum`s garden that are raised up and have rock borders 

now you can see the rock borders again and thinned out the garden so the other plants can grow now 

then I went for a walk downtown (should do this more often) as everyone said hello and wanted to chat to me, must say it was nice 😊

glad we are resting this afternoon; hubby has gone to bed (hardly any sleep last night for him)

Gorgeous succulents @Jynx 

I appreciate them, I have 2 succulents from my grandma and she died in the 1970s. Just took cuttings from her garden and they keep me grounded…

@Shaz51 its great you are getting on top of it, helps for later… as you well know…. Gently bently tho, find the sweet spot of action and rest.
