One Day at a time here

Re: One Day at a time here

Wow @Shaz51 that's a lot of work. Which actually anything weight bearing or with resistance is good for osteoporosis but don't go too hard because you've got other stuff going on. I hope the physical activity means you get a good sleep tonight

Re: One Day at a time here

Sounds like you had a good productive day in the garden yesterday @Shaz51 and good on you for taking a walk downtown to catch up with some of the locals. It must have been good for your soul. ,💕

Hi @Appleblossom 👋

Re: One Day at a time here

❤️ @Emelia8

How are you my awesome sister ❤️

Re: One Day at a time here

That's not the best @Shaz51 .

And you'll be needing to have restful nights when you start overnight dialysis. So I hope you and mr shaz can find solutions. Sleep meds for Mr shaz maybe or trialling sleeping apart.

It's not healthy at present for either of you really.

Hope you can nap  this afternoon.

Re: One Day at a time here

Thanks @Dimity , @tyme , @Emelia8

The trouble is that Mr shaz stops taking his meds because he does not want to feeling overtired the next day

Did go back to sleep at 6am for a hour

" power down " as @Jynx calls it
