DBT stands for dialectical behavioural therapy. The course I am doing is 2 hours per week for 8 weeks. Other courses that I have heard of run for a full year so no not a whole course.

not much hey @Bill16  sorting out a few loose ends, lists , shopping at local IGA soon, 

fed cat, watered tomatoes, had a couple cuppas, shower. was going to pirie today, but have DES appt there tomorrow, so makes no sense doing extra trip. got gas bottle and few cartons of empties in car ready to go
