Just got home, need a bit of a rest now. Long day out again. Shopping as well.
Appointment was ok. About accepting all feelings, good and bad. Bit of mindfulness and a bit of EMDR.
Feeling very drained at the moment.
Had late lunch out, so no cooking tonight.
