Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hello @Shaz51, @NikNik, i only had fried egg on toast, not really worth posting about. Especially since i burned the toast. Some yummy dishes coming through - clever chooks 🙂

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Had Roasted Mediterrainean pizzas plus as dessert afters, 2 of tinned red plums topped with strawberry

yogurt and a crumbled choc-mint biscuit for a topping. Yum!  Good for these chilly winter nights. Spring not

too far away. - most people's favorite season of the year. An enjoyable weekend wished for each forum

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

My dinner turned out quite nice. Potatoes could have been cooked a bit more though.
We have some great cooks on this page. Photos look great.
@shaz51a dvd on a quiet afternoon sounds relaxing.

Chocolate crossiant with a cup of tea (yummy!!!)

I have just come back from my GP.  My BP is extremely high, have to go now for a kidney ultrasound and blood tests for a few things.  But I am still achy all over and my GP says i could be coming down with the flu.  I;m so cold.

Looks like a very slow and relaxing weekend for me.  Not pushing myself too much at all.  Need to get this blood pressure down.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

I hope the flu doesn't eventuate & it's just your run down body @BlueBay. I hope this weekend brings some relief to your aches & your bp comes down soon.

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hi All...

Leftover vegetable soup for us tonight.....

undefined

Spring used to be my favorite time of year - now it is too warm due to climate change. Autumn is my favorite time of the year now. I like rugging up in winter, but I worry the extra layers make me look bigger than I am.

I still have the flu & I have nearly gone through another box of tissues. Yesterday evening I brought an antihistamine to try to stop the flow of snot (haha..) - it is helping, but my nose is still running 5 miles an hour!

How is everyone? I'm struggling as usual, but trying to be upbeat....

No yoga this week due to the flu - I don't want to go until my nose stops running & the coughing is minimal - Hopefully by next Tuesday.

The previous two weeks I went to yoga 4 x week. @NikNik how are you going with getting up early for Saturday morning yoga?

Namaste,

A
