my weekend doesnt have much either. im hoping to go back to work next week for a shift or 2.

@Ru-bee ive done my washing as well. its a nice day for it here. ive only been out of bed since 10 though. i hada shower to ease some muscle pain, washing and just watching tv. im hoping it cools off in a few hours so i can go for a little walk around the beach

how are you? 
I had an ultrasound on my shoulder and results are - bursitis and impingement. Having a cortisone injection next week and then physio for a few weeks. Hope this works. 

I’ve had terrible headaches as well and sleeping has been hard. 

laying down now trying to rest. 

what have you been up to?  Xxx

Yes, it's such a nice and sunny morning @outlander A walk around the beach sounds delightful too! Hope it cools off enough so can do that.

nothing much just some washing and planning a walk later today when it cools off

i need to start getting out and active a little more now that im 2 weeks into recovery @Ru-bee i cant get back to work as much if i struggle to walk even 5 minutes
