Just had a big fight with mum 😔

Basically I don't care enough about her and don't do enough for her.

I told her to go live with her son. Didn't go down well.

Sounds like today this repeated assertion by your mum that you're not doing enough has struck a nerve @Snowie which is absolutely understandable.

How are you feeling now? Are you taking a bit of time and space away from your mum at the moment to let things cool down?

I left her in tears, but I'm not standing there and listening to all the things I do wrong.

It is repeated behaviour. Heard it all before.

Just made a cuppa and trying to calm down a bit.

Just had my psych cancel my appt. for Monday. Was meant to be the last one before she took 6 weeks off 😔Only a paycheck.
