@creative_writer have you got some coping tools in place when you get body flashbacks? If not perhaps you can develop a list that you can use when things get overwhelming for you.
I find if it's written down then I am more likely to try it.
@Snowie I got through it since I was able to distract. It’s just that this didn’t happen before, when I find myself being mindful about how I feel in my body, it sort of triggers a trauma response. Maybe I have a lot of trauma stored in my body
