Thank you @Zoe7 . The flowers are beautiful and much appreciated. 

Good news.  I spoke to my gp about my spiralling mood and she told me to call my psychiatrist.  Psychiatrist put me on the mood stabiliser I used to be on early last year.  Fingers crossed this helps.
