Hello, that is a useful tool and find it great, in mine I also have what is known as the naughty coping things, like written words of my dark days, what and why reasons for SH, why I had so much hate, but in there are the happy endings, like finding the right help, taking myself off a shit load of heavy Narcotic drugs that were a bandaid for my issues, talking through the problems and writing a journal each day was great thearpy, that is in my coping box.
HOw we choose to cope with our illness is different for everyone, my coping box is locked and in the past, well 90% of it. Sure everything never goes away all together but it can be put in a box. Hope you are continuing to be well
