I tried to access Sane's Web Chat (Support) - For the 1st time ever.

It said "Chat is not available".

Text-based communication is Very difficult for me.

Yet I wanted to try Web Chat, as a last resort.

Verbal communication is Best - Yet phone support services are too busy & over-stretched, at this time of year.
